Arya Group, renowned for constructing ultra-luxurious mansions across Los Angeles, is now venturing into the hospitality sector with an ambitious new project near the future home of the L.A. Clippers. Led by visionary developer Ardie Tavangarian, the West L.A.-based firm has submitted plans to build a towering 15-story, 174-room hotel at 3820 West 102nd Street, adjacent to the upcoming Clippers' Intuit Dome, as reported by Urbanize Los Angeles.
A Strategic Location
The proposed Arya Hotel will replace an existing 18,000-square-foot industrial building, making way for one of the tallest buildings in Inglewood. Standing at 200 feet, the hotel will be strategically located next to major entertainment hubs, including Hollywood Park and SoFi Stadium, home to the L.A. Rams and Chargers NFL teams.
Project Details and Timeline
Pending the necessary approvals, construction on the Arya Hotel could begin as early as April, with a projected completion date of June 2026. The plans for this 310,000-square-foot hotel include:
174 guest rooms
3,300 square feet of office space
6,500 square feet of restaurant space
1,300 square feet of lounges
A 4,000-square-foot private club
A 4,000-square-foot spa
The hotel will also feature 33,000 square feet of outdoor terraces, including a rooftop deck and swimming pool. Parking accommodations include both a basement and above-ground garage with capacity for 269 cars.
Design and Amenities
Designed by Orange-based AO, the Arya Hotel will boast a striking architectural presence with an undulating stack of landscaped balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows. The design incorporates a large mural or digital display on the backside, enhancing its visual appeal. The hotel is described as a “boutique hotel and wellness center in a sports and entertainment destination,” with additional features including rooms for 300 keys and a 10,000-square-foot ballroom.
Growing Inglewood Hospitality Scene
The Arya Hotel is one of several hotel developments planned around the Intuit Dome and SoFi Stadium. Other notable projects include:
