The building houses 376 fully furnished live/work units, ranging from 600 to 1,000 square feet, with included WiFi service and utilities. Rental prices for these units span from 1,800𝑡𝑜1,800to4,000 per month. On the third floor, there are 100 office spaces and multiple meeting rooms available for rent, offered at 400𝑡𝑜400to1,200 a month.
Amidi Group co-founder and CEO Rahim Amidi emphasized the convenience and all-inclusiveness of this new building. “You just walk in with your suitcase and everything is there,” he said, differentiating it from other market offerings. Seventy people have already signed leases, and the company anticipates signing an additional 100 leases per month shortly.
Moreover, the new building complements its sibling, the 18-story TENTEN apartment building located at 1010 Wilshire Blvd., which has been operational for 12 years. Both buildings feature Amidi Group’s "Plug and Play" synergy, fostering a community where tech startups can thrive by connecting with corporations, venture capital firms, and other partners.
